Needed some review on policy updates and Cindi took the time to cover everything as well as waited for confirmation while on the phone with me. What we like about the entire team at Damy’s office, they take the time to actually listen and get results for you.

I switched to State Farm because customer service and support is easier with a person (human) who understands real life situations. Having insurance is a have it when you need it… and you need to know what you need from a person who KNOWS. Catherine explained what each thing meant and how it applies to my situation. She also didn’t sell me what I DIDN’T need. This year’s follow up call was to see if anything had changed, needed updating and just to see how I was doing.
