I visited damselfly at Moynihan station on 4/23//26. I just want to say that the service was great. Rosa was exceptionally helpful and kind. Her patience and pleasant attitude helped me take my time in picking up the perfect bouquet. Thank you,, Rosa

If you’re scheduled to stay open till 7, stay open until 7 unless there’s an emergency. Place was closing up 10 mins early and the staff member simply said “we had to close early”. Didn’t seem like an emergency. He also still had plenty of stuff to put away and could have made a quick sale . . . but he chose not to.

Thank you Rosa! Rosa helped me pick out the perfect flowers for a very important occasion. She was patient and kind and answered every question I had despite there being many other shoppers in the store. She gave other customers before me the same amount of care and attention as well.
