Had the most beautiful roses - just what I needed! Staff was super helpful and friendly. Their flower selection was wonderful.

If you’re scheduled to stay open till 7, stay open until 7 unless there’s an emergency. Place was closing up 10 mins early and the staff member simply said “we had to close early”. Didn’t seem like an emergency. He also still had plenty of stuff to put away and could have made a quick sale . . . but he chose not to.
I am here at 1pm on Saturday. There is no one working here
I have bought flowers here for a while. The last two times they have died within a day or two - not acceptable for a $50+ bouquet.
