I saw Dr. Damron at OldeTowne Eye Care at 226 Fort Lane. The entire experience was great- the admins up front, the techs (I don't know the technical term, sorry!), the Dr., and lens center staff were all great. They have a great flow and everyone is super nice. I was able to get an appointment within a week which is a huge bonus compared to anywhere else.
Waited 2 weeks for the front desk staff to send me my prescription. Front desk staff sounded clueless when I was told to call back and let them know my prescription was ok. Persistence is key if you want to deal with delays and lack of communication between front desk staff and the nursing staff.
