Can’t say it was a good experience. Tried to let our server know that the cheese for the jumbo pretzel was bad and the server never returned to our table so we asked for the manager instead. The manager proceeded to tell us the cheese was good for years so it couldn’t be bad. All we wanted was the cost of the pretzel to be removed from our bill and he said he couldn’t do that. dinner was great, cocktails were great. wasnt to pleased with the service though. being the last Damon's in the country they should work on the service. Hey, Its what I do. I travel the countr thg training front of the house on edicate. maybe they should contact me. I'd be happy to help.
Absolutely horrible. Used to be one of our favorite places but will never eat here again. Barely saw our waitress all night. She spilled milk on the floor and cleaned it up with a swiffer leaving a mess behind. It stayed on the floor and about 7 other employees walked by the mess or saw it and turned the other way. Fries were soaked in oil and covered with salt. Never got all our food and our waitress was nowhere to be found to tell her. No refill on drinks. we are from new Jersey and out for the lunch time came we found your place and stopped food was great had the pot roast my girl had the wings and some chicken noodle soup food was awesome big shout out to Sara our server what a great girl deff see yous again
