Run away from these people!! The agent never returned calls or did follow ups potential buyers, nor did he know who had been in my house. I called the office several times with complaints, no return calls from the main Broker of the office. The Agent was low balling the price of my home and pressuring me by holding a contract over my head to stay with them. There wasn't any negotiation effort put in to sell my home. My complaints were bought to the Agent and no returns calls from Damon Gettier & Associates.
Do not use this realtor as they are only out for the seller’s money. Alli Gettier stated she needed to feed her family but she sold $13,0000 dollars in 2021. She also has the money to go to the spa for a facial that cost over $100 dollars.
