I bought a 2026 Axis 26.2 and am totally disappointed with the quality off this coach. The front end alignment was off from the factory and they wouldn't fix it, I paid $110 to my local garage to correct the camber so it would drive straight, the touchscreen blacks out every time I use my turn signal, the windshield wipers didn't work, the headlights quit at 10:30 pm on our first camping trip, I could see the road outside on both sides of the door, the platform for the rear bed was installed incorrectly with wood overlapping... read more

Bought a Jayco travel trailer and let me just say, the welds made by Lippert’s Plant 45 are some the worst I’ve seen in my 2 decades career as a Welding Engineer. Absolute garbage. The quality control manager and staff should be fired at Lippert immediately. Furthermore the staff receiving these frames needs a lesson in welding Quality Assurance practices. I will be mailing a letter to Thors CEO, QA/QC team! With photos and in depth analysis!

Absolutely Disappointed – Unsafe and Unreliable RV Ruined Our Vacation I purchased a brand new 2023 Thor Palazzo 37.4 in November 2024 from Lazydays Camping World in Tampa, FL. What should have been an exciting upgrade turned into a nightmare.
