I dont really have any positive things to say. I imagine if he were to work with a better firm or branch out on his own he would be more successful. My experience was that he went thru multiple assistants and was late. He isn't empathetic or kind and the tedious work of tracking expenses will be your sole responsibility. For the rate he charges he should not make the client do all the work.
Mr Forney handled my divorce, child custody, and child support case. He did a bang up job and i'm greatful for his dogged tenacity.The guy is a bulldog in the courtroom when it comes to cross and recross. It was like watching Picasso paint the pant a master piece.
From the beginning to the end of my case which took almost 2 years Mr Forney was very honest and straightforward with me, he didn't just tell me what I wanted to hear. I was kept up to date every step of the way and I would go back to him again should the need arise. I feel he put all he had into my case and I appreciate that more than I can say.
