When my 26-month-old son fractured his tibia, we were referred to Dr. Bello for follow-up care. At our first visit, he alarmingly suggested my son might have osteogenesis imperfecta based solely on the color of his eyes, offered no explanation, and then took a casual personal phone call. We brought our newborn to Dr Delbello after she was diagnosed with hip displaysia in the hospital after delivery. Despite our newborns age, we were seated in a crowded waiting area for over an hour with other children until they were ready to see us. Given the shared receptionist system, no one was even able to provide us with an update on timing or alternative seating solutions.
