Ed & Jim's worked on my car November 2016 when a deer ran into my vehicle and they did a great job then. So when I damaged my front end when I slid on ice I went back to them. I just picked up my car today, and just like last time they did an excellent job. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and don't take forever. My car did take an extra day because a part was delayed because of snow in the northeast, but they still had it fixed quickly. I absolutely recommend them!!!!!!!!!!!
Ed and Jims is my go to anytime I need body work done! They always go above and beyond to get the work done! Shout out to Justin who cleaned my car off today when I went to pick it up and had even started my car for me when he was told I was going to be there at 7/730 even though I showed up a little later because it was snowing!
My wife and I had two cars service at this location via Geico Express Repair. There was an issue with the second car, where it was small amount of damage done to the car when I went to pick it up. They took full ownership over it and stated that they had to order the part. The part came in and they fix it, even gave me a ride home (I lived within 2 minutes of the location). Ed & Jim's fixed body panel damage to my car after a minor accident. When I picked it up, I noticed some minor flaws in the paint (overspray, runs), and Justin was very apologetic and had me bring the car back after I'd had a chance to look it over in the sunlight. I brought the car back two days later and all of my concerns were addressed in a day. Justin also had the car washed and the interior detailed before I picked it up the second time. Ed & Jim's fixed my car after a fender bender restoring it to good as new. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. I experienced zero inconvenience and the team stood by their work. I highly recommend this shop.
