Unbelievable poor customer service. Years ago they incorrectly billed me, took an act of congress to correct. Recently, the bottled water had distinct odor and taste, said they would replace, but failed to show up, after I lunged the heavy bottles outside. After a call the next day, argued with me and then said they world come by and exchange. Here I sit with bad water and you just know husbit will connect time 😬
No one ever returns calls after leaving a message and usually no one is in the office to answer the phone during business hours. Tried signing up for the water delivery service for 2 weeks now with still no result. Definitely do NOT recommend. I will be getting delivery from another company.
Called two weeks ago and left a message for John to call me, no return call. Hopefully he got the message? I know John and he works very hard but I do expect a return call. Just wanted to spend some money with him.
Not vaccinated and refused to wear masked when entering our house also brought unmasked daughter. We are immunocompromised and in our 80s. Total disregard for politeness and others health.
