I find it almost impossible to communicate with any level of this institution. Making an appointment was challenging as spanish seems to be their primary language. Discussing health issues with my primary care person is frustrating as she speaks spanish as her primary language. It doesn't matter how helpful or professional someone is if they can't communicate with their patients.
