Excellent service! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable when they visited my house, the same can be said for the admin team who called to bring my booking forward after they had a cancellation. After the work was done, I received another call to make sure I was happy with the work. There is a 100% chance I will be using this company in the future.

I would like to say big thank you to Damien Lacey Plumbing for rescuing us by installing a temporary hot water system right before Easter long weekend. One of tradesmen came with the water heater in less when one hour after my call to they office and install it for us in now time. He was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. Great service. Thank you team!
Damien and his crew were amazing. WE NEVER COLLUDE WITH THIS COMPANY. It was a geniune tennant emergency and Qian Niu was ordered by QCAT to pay for bill and will not pay.
