this agency wants me to fill out a $50 nonrefundable application just to TOUR a property when did we start charging people to look at units? The application is suppose to happen after ive seen/viewed the unit and i am interested in going further. Will take my Business elsewhere. They just want peoples money
Very disappointed in this company I look at a house on 734 cambridge ave in Youngstown the house was nice it seemed there was nothing wrong with it the paperwork was signed then at last minute both agent and seller said no for the house can not to be inspected by the loan company my opinion is both the agent and seller does not want to see this house to sell beware if anyone wants to try to buy this house and you are approved for a loan both agent and seller will not let it get inspected wish some one would reach out to me t... read more
