I needed a considerable amount of jewelry appraised and brought it to Damiani Jewellers, not having ever dealt with them before. I met with Mitali and was immediately put at ease by her kind, personable, and very professional approach. She clearly is an expert in her field and did an outstanding job sorting through and valuing our pieces. It's always a relief to hire a professional and have them exceed your expectations, which she did. Five stars.
it appears to me that this jewellery only caters ;customer service to the Elite. in my last 2 visits, and i Stress they are my LAST visits, i found their customer service, Unhelpful, and it appears as if they did not want the repair business. 1- I asked to enlarge a ring size, to which i was told it was NOT possible,.... Just had the worst encounter with sales rep Andrea. She was very rude and standoff ish from the first encounter. My fiance and I were told that after getting my engagement ring it would be top heavy and will slide, the manager assured us we could come back when it happens, they would add stoppers or something to help we could go get lunch and it would be done within an hour.
