Only leaving a 2 star review due to the front office girls being great. Dr . Fernandez was quick to bring up cancer when I came in for chronic hiccups. He wanted me to do a bunch of tests. He didn’t do any type of exam. I would not recommend him to anyone. I won’t be going back
After a Colonoscopy, the hospital told me to make an appointment with him. It took 6 months to get an appointment at which time he said I took too much medication for him to help me. He was absolutely no help with my problem, probably because I called the hospital and complained.
Tried for 3 days to make an appointment. Was on hold once for over 20 minutes then disconnected. Called back today to explain to them I was new in the area and needed to make an appointment. She proceeded to tell me I needed a referral from a primary care physician in the area. I told her I didn't have a primary care physician in this area and that my insurance, which is excellent, allows me to go anywhere I want to. This was the most seamless, prompt, compassionate & painless medical experience I have ever experienced . The entire staff could not have been nicer or more professional- Susan & Allison were stelar. Dr Fernadez is a pro..& his anaesthesiologist was superb. You're in good hands with this Dr I’m completely impressed…
