Very Unprofessional. We bid on a house this guy was representing and the seller accepted. But 2 days in Attorney review sellers sold to another bidder without any communication or a chance to even discuss. This agent ghosted us. Just because something is legal doesn't make it ethical . I have a very highly rated agent and other real estate agent friends who told me how unprofessional this is. Shame on this guy, he will never be my agent.
I cannot recommend working with this agent under any circumstances. Our representation entered a standard, agreed-upon "highest and best" bidding process. Our offer was officially accepted, we were declared the winning bid, and we successfully entered the attorney review phase. A day into the review, this agent completely abandoned professional ethics.
