Horrific. Literally go anywhere else. I wish we’d never purchased a vehicle here. It’s been a nonstop nightmare. They had my explorer for over 3 months for a timing belt and some issues with my seat heater, as well as a door panel that was peeling off. We called relentlessly for updates, never received them, and NONE of the work was done on our car… AFTER THREE MONTHS. I appreciate the pickup and drop-off service but as a 1-car family we can only afford to give up the car for emergencies; so when a recall notice turns out to be unnecessary but the car is taken all afternoon anyway it's pretty unfortunate.

I wish I could give zero stars. Save your time & your money and avoid Damerow Ford Service. I have never written a negative review in my life, but I genuinely would hate for anyone to service their vehicle here. Communication, transparency, and prices at its worst.

Damerow lost my business a while back by directly lying to me about services I didn't need. Tried to take it in for another recall, thinking it would be pretty straightforward. Nope. Took 3 days to reach someone to schedule service. Take it in a week later, turns out they want to charge me $200 to inspect my vehicle to make sure I qualify for the recall, although my symptoms completely match. Very inconsistent. Within a month of getting my car my headlights went out and it took 3 months to schedule after relentless calls. After getting them replaced my car was returned to me with my speed limited to 80 and volume limited. He told me to just schedule another appointment to get it fixed. Then I had my check engine light come on and they diagnosed a spark plug misfire and said warranty would cover it but I would have to wait for them to order it.
