The staff at the service dept is the most incompetent of any ford dealer in the area. Do not walk, but run to any other ford service dept. After having 1 horrific experience at Damerow I tried Tonkin Hillsboro Ford and had a great experience. I used them again and had another good experience. I tried Damerow again for recalls they called me to schedule. They again couldn’t manage to get a valet pickup appointment figured out or processed correctly.
The service at Damerow to install spray in bed liner and check auto dim headlights was outstanding. Customer Service scheduled timely, kept me informed and arranged courtesy car. They have the added logistical challenges of shutting between new location for normal service and original location for specialty services, but made it seamless for me.
The Service Department here is top notch. TJ is a amazing advisor I'd recommend him!
