The service at Damerow to install spray in bed liner and check auto dim headlights was outstanding. Customer Service scheduled timely, kept me informed and arranged courtesy car. They have the added logistical challenges of shutting between new location for normal service and original location for specialty services, but made it seamless for me.
The Service Department here is top notch. TJ is a amazing advisor I'd recommend him!

Horrific. Literally go anywhere else. I wish we’d never purchased a vehicle here. It’s been a nonstop nightmare. They had my explorer for over 3 months for a timing belt and some issues with my seat heater, as well as a door panel that was peeling off. We called relentlessly for updates, never received them, and NONE of the work was done on our car… AFTER THREE MONTHS.
