I had problems with the water draining out of the tub. Constant problem, they came right out and Donnie had us fixed up in no time. Some how a spring had gotten into the drain hole and he was able to fish it out! Now we are good to go!
Very dishonest. Had this company come to fix a plumbing issue, issue was not resolved and the company refused to resolve the problem after payment was made! STAY AWAY DO NOT USE!!
Dishonest!! One of their plumbers called me back and based on my explanation he stated that it was a simple issue with our gas fireplace(the same people had installed it before.) He said he could stop by during his other schedule. After inspecting the gas log he indicated that the pilot was fine, then he decided to dissemble the whole log. He claimed he had to go to bring something and he would “collect” on an hourly basis starting that time. I called their office and told them I would pay for the job not the time.
