Roach infested! Bad neighborhood bad management! They won’t tell you about the infestation until you move in and find out yourself!
This place is not fit to keep a dog. Crime and drug activity is the daily norm here at Damen Courts. Also the children are disrespectful and their so called mothers don't supervise them. Some peoples vehicles have been vandalize and broken into. Don't even bother complaining to the landlord, who feel that any issue outside of collecting your rent is "petty" this is what she says. Maintenance is on point when you first move in, but once the newest of your stay is over, it takes them forever to come out and fix anything. Secti... read more
