GREAT JOB! – I just had my hair cut at this salon today. I must say that it was one of the best cuts I've ever had. My stylist Debbie Klein was so easy to talk to and got the cut ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. She is not one of those stylists that just go hacking away at your hair...if you love your hair and want the best treatment of it, go to her. A so-so salon – The salon itself looks very nice... I colored my hair and trimmed the ends, i paid 80 (for coloring)+50 (for trimming ends) for the service. The color came out darker than what I wanted (1h on my head), she proposed to add highlights (another 200$????) I refused, and the scalp hurt like crazy, not sure what products they used. I think the salon is too expensive for the quality. I have been to better salons (qualitywise) ... You also cannot tip them except with cash.

Bad Business Practices – My daughter received a gift certificate from this salon that said, "This certificate is redeemable for its full value in exchange for any services or products provided by the salon". When I called the salon, I got asked a bunch of questions, as my daughter received it as a graduation prize on graduation night, it did not have a "To" or "From" filled out. I'm flying down from Mpls. for Thanksgiving and on my visit to Scottsdale am very much looking forward to my facial by Yvonne. I have one every time I go down there, and have referred her to others. I also paid to have my niece get a facial which pleased both or us. Yvonne is fabulous at extractions and really works on your face: doesn't just rub stuff on and leave. Fabulous New Salon – I love this new salon. I followed my stylist to this new location (Shelly), and love everything about it! I would most certainly recommend this salon. I have not tried the spa yet, but am going to soon enough. Apparently there is a fabulous masseusse there as well!
