Recommendedour initial visit was great. we got our daughter her glasses and paid for the protection on them. flash forward to covid. her glasses are broken ive called and spoken to people, left voicemails yet haven't received a word back. all they need to do is order the same glasses from about 6 months ago and let us pick them up. very minimal contact.
