Had a sales agreement, got a loan. kept in contact the whole time (week). Went to pick it up and the business owner said he needed to get a Rhode island inspection done. He then said a couple monitors was not ready and he had to drive it to set monitors. After I mentioned I was from MA and would be getting a MA inspection after I got it home.
