Comfortable and relaxing This beautiful Inn is like no other! The sound of the stream and the waterfall is so relaxing, it's a great place to unwind. We found the food to be excellent, the staff friendly, and the lovely decorated room comfortable and cozy. I want to thank the whole staff for making our stay so enjoyable!
A little bit of heaven! We heard about the Inn and went there over Memorial Day weekend. The food was excellent and the service was very good. The appetizers were so good that we almost skipped dinner. Our entrees were done just right, then we had the delicious home made desserts. There is a breakfast buffet that has something for everyone. We rode the Creeper Trail on rented bikes and stopped several times along the way to see the beautiful waterfalls and scenery. Return trip already planned. 4 1/2 stars isn't an option. We had a 2 day team retreat at the Inn and everything was excellent. Rooms with balconies overlooking the dam and old mill pond and rocky small river (complete with some fishermen) is very scenic and produces a very relaxing sound to fall asleep with. General The Old Mill has reopened in 2011 under new management. Excellent food and atmosphere. Waterfall dining at it's best. 12 unique rooms all with private baths overlooking the Old Mill Waterfall. Large meeting room for family reunions or corporate retreats. Don't Miss the Old Mill Located in Damascus on the banks of the river beside a beautiful waterfall. You can dine inside or out by the water. There is a full bar on the premises, scheduled entertainment especially on weekends, great menu and good food.
Awesome Damascus Old Mill This is a beautiful restaurant. Wonderful service. Prices are a little steep but great atmosphere! Very good for business meetings. Located in a small but quaint little town.
