Mis willa is amazing I've lived here 5yr its what you make it honestly if you stay focused and in your lane you'll enjoy it just don't try to be everyone friend focus on you and yours the neighborhood is pretty chill everyone is a community for the most part but the office and maintenance crew are definitely worth it compared to alot of communities out here
My brother did a job for them couple years ago and never paid them for just $180. If they do this to companies wonder what they do to their residence..
This community is what I needed financially to house my family. It's clean and the staff Mrs. Willa.. is amazing. Maintenance staff is great, with the normal limitations for fixing W/O due to housing.
