I think it was overpriced to replace a drain line that Damascus installed to begin with.
My downstairs A/C fan went out. Damascus came out and evaluated the situation. I appreciate how they send a text when they are heading to your house. They discovered the circuit panel was out also. They drove to Waco to get one in stock. Amazing and above and beyond. Unfortunately due to an outdated system, it didn't solve the problem. They were very polite. I worked with Jose who was honest and polite and tried different approaches to get my system up and running. I would highly recommend Damascus Air.
Jose was very professional and did a great job cleaning my dryer vent
