We visit often and enjoy the food. We were there on the night the fix priced menu was being served. I ordered my appetizer and then went on to order my main course. The server interrupted and said "What wine do you want with the appetizer, I'm not a mind reader". It was downhill after that. She brought the wrong wine for my main course. Then failed to bring the mulled cider for the dessert course. When we pointed it out, she said we were not getting any drink with the dessert. Had a lovely dinner here while on vacation. Got the Steak & Cakes and clam chowder. Definitely will be back someday! Special shout out to my server, Abby, who was great!
Visited from CT and off of a Google search we found Damariscotta’s. I was intrigued being that my first name is Damaris ☺️ I had to Seafood fettuccine . My daughter had the salmon. All excellent selections and cooked with taste and fair portions. Would visit again! Oysters on a half shelf
The meals were excellent and professionally done. So good you wanted more even though you were full. Desert tops the last nich in your palate. The waitress was very timely and efficient. Will visit again.
