This past fall (2025), we experienced major water damage in our Phoenix area home. Ron S. ( superintendent )was our contact person throughout the total restoration. We found him to be very professional and caring about our concerns. He was very responsive to any questions we had and cleared up any issues we didn’t understand. We quickly learned to trust and respect his advice and the quality of the subcontractors. The end results were amazing! I would highly recommend Ron and the RC Restoration Company.

I rarely ever leave favorable reviews, perhaps because I’m from New Jersey so won’t hesitate to be viciously and painfully blunt when I’m not happy. However, in this particular instance, I need to make an exception with “Damage Control.” The fact is, they did an outstanding job in a particularly challenging situation. We had a small fire in our house, and the folks from the Tucson office came all the way down to Peoria to help clean up the house. They are doing an awesome job and we appreciate them.
We were very pleased with Damage Control. They responded right away when we had a water leak that caused the flooding in our home....I would highly recommend them for good quality work.
