They stepped in to resolve the issue. Everyone we worked with from Damage Control was extremely professional, providing extra detail when requested. I felt we were in great hands and would absolutely work with them again.

Although any home loss is dramatic especially from 2200 miles away Damage Control made the experience almost pleasant. The packers did an outstanding job not a piece or glass ceramics or art work was damaged. The movers moved all the furniture and boxes in and placed them all in there proper places. Ally was a Saint to work with very understanding and empathic with our situation. Ron at her sister company DC Restoration was outstanding putting the house back together better than new.
