Recently working with this company and will never refer to anyone. Ive Been out of my house for 3 months and decided to go with another company to finish my house. Very disappointed. Extremely poor communication and takes them forever to respond. Over charge my insurance for work they claimed they did. Failed to provide correct documentation. THE LIST GOES ON AND ON !!

DC really needs to step on on communication and follow through. My elderly parents house had burned down and we used DC. A year later and still have issues with getting it all done. With as much effort as I've had to put forth to make sure things get done I could have been the dang General Contractor and cut them out.

Damage control did great at getting our stuff out when our house flooded and returning it in great shape! 5 Stars for them! DC Restoration has been a nightmare! Working with their contractor was extremely frustrating! They have poor communication. They gave us a quoted end date at September 8, they did not complete the project till October 3!
