Dama quoted us HVAC and Plumbing for a large commercial project. Upon securing the contract, Dama did not answer the phone or email for months. When they finally got ahold of us, they told us they made a major mistake on the quote and should have never quoted us the job. Their mistake cost us over $50,000. Make sure you get a quote from someone else.

Dama installed a septic drain field that failed within 2 1/2 years (previous one lasted 17). We had 2 appointments where Dama was a no show to come and look at the problem. We were told Dama would do repairs at cost, however we never received a price quote, despite calling and reminding them. Poor communication and work. Do not recommend.

We used Dama’s for the plumbing on our new construction building in Crivitz. Their office staff was professional and easy to work with on our estimate. Sophi was very helpful with the order and making sure all the equipment was what we wanted. They got the job done quickly and in a timely manner, and the job site was left very clean every time they were on site working. Highly recommend Dama Plumbing and Heating and will use them again in the future!

We are seasonal home owners and used them a couple times, emergency service, they didn't fix first time, left door open, then we tried them again recently and they claimed it had to be billed as emergency service even though we requested next day. Claimed they are backed up 2 weeks for regular service yet would rape us on price as emergency service. Went with another local company, Parkway has been outstanding, honest and fair.
