Delivery men don’t take your requests into consideration, instead they break door frames and 15yr old cast iron antiques. The owner, condescending, rude, and lacks empathy! Change your attitude and fix what was damaged at equal or higher value and most of all apologize! Court of public opinion has been known to shut businesses down.
The owner is beyond RUDE! We puchased a washer and dryer for delivery. The day of delivery I called to find out when it would be delivered. The gentleman that answered gave me a time, but would not work with us. He told me I should have informed them of any time conflict. I guess I thought they wouldn't have deliveries up to and past 5PM on a Friday. Partially my fault, I asked if they could change it and I was told no. I called Lowe’s to purchase a microwave * I kept getting transferred and no one ever answered the phone to help me . In the meantime I called Dalys. Thank goodness ! Rachel answered right away and answered all my questions! She made this such a quick and easy process ! I will never go to big stores again for an applicable . Daly’s is number one !!!!
We purchased a new refrigerator/freezer after our 36 year old GE finally gave up the ghost. Josh and Roger made the delivery and went way beyond the usual installation, having to lift the thing into the kitchen because the doorway as too narrow. I am positive that none of the delivery services from the big lot stores would have been as dedicated. Two thumbs up!
Every appliance I bought at Daly's has been the best price ( refrigerator, dryer, and now washer). They have a knowledgeable staff to help me make a purchase that is functional for my needs and in my budget.
