I am writing to formally express my frustration and disappointment with the treatment I received from Dr. Lotika Singh. I visited her office seeking a specific medication that I knew worked for my skin condition, and I made it very clear that no other medication had been effective for me. Despite this, Dr. Singh refused to prescribe the medication I requested, insisting on alternatives that I knew would not work. He’s just never, ever on time. You’ll wait for your turn during the day and you’ll wait if you are the first appointment because he shows up when he wants to come to his office. SHAME ON YOU. Highly unrecomended.
Yesterday, I had my first appointment scheduled with Dr. Daly at 9:20 am. I left my home in Queens at 8 am, and there was unexpected slow moving traffic on the NSP going to L.I. I arrived at Dr. Daly's office, and introduced myself to the receptionist, who was not welcoming. She told me to sign in.
