It's been over a year since I last raised concerns about working with Daly Partners. Unfortunately, nothing has changed in the past 12+ months - 7 years in and still no sale of the property and zero distributions to investors. The team bungled significant returns during a sale 4+ years ago (again, my opinion based on the info shared) and continue to blame macro issues for the lack of distributions. Investor beware - I invested in a Daly Partners commercial property and was told payback would be ~24 months. It's been 48 months and still no sale. Worst of all is that they've repeatedly botched the opportunity to sell the property (for a profit). I recommend looking for other commercial property investments.

Daly Partners is one of Seattle’s best property developers. As an investor, Jim Daly is the only developer I know to deliver or exceed the initially forecasted returns on every project we have done with him. Great job on The Prexy!
