Dr. Daly did a total knee replacement on both knees; one in 2017 and the other exactly a year later in 2018. Dr. Daly was very forthright in describing the surgical procedure and what to expect during my recovery afterward. Some reviewers were not happy with her bedside manner but I preferred her honest approach during consultations. Dr Daly operated on me many years ago when I was in a motorcycle accident. I can confirm that bedside manner is not her forte. However, the job she did putting my knee back together is honestly nothing short of miraculous. It was shattered into many pieces. She meticulously rebuilt it and now 20 years later after everyone told me arthritis would destroy what was left of that joint, I am basically pain free. Completely unprofessional. Receptionist is rude and condescending for no reason. Hates her job and takes it out on the patients that help pay her income. Been over a week since I’ve sent in forms to be completed. Still not completed and will not provide a timeline of when they will be completed. Now have to return back tomorrow to my job where I’m required to stand with a broken leg
Dr. Daly operated on my hip a few years ago and it is almost 1 inch too short. Instead of telling me I would be in pain unless the hip was operated on again to correct her mistake. She told me my pain tolerance was non-existent to cover up her error. It was another orthopedic surgeon that told me my hip was too short not her. She has a God complex because she believes she is perfect and no one meets her unrealistic expectations.
This doctor clearly does not like her job. I recently hurt myself and was referred to her after my ER visit at Cambridge Memorial Hospital. From the get go, she was rude, curt and very dismissive of my injury and health concerns. She seemed like she was miserable old soul. She was condescending and gave me the distinct impression that I was waisting her time.I hope you never have to deal with her.
