I’d give zero stars if that was possible. These guys not only overcharge for their services, but these guys also tack on extra charges that I never asked for. I put brand new oil in my car about two weeks ago to test if they would scam me and I driven my car for less than 20 miles and when I went into the shop to ask about my oil and I acted like I had no idea about cars at all, little did they know I’m a mechanic. The guys out there left us waiting in them lot for very long, after 20 minutes we went to the office they told us to step outside … then they were very Rude and wanted to charge us 2 times other mechanic quote.. O’Neill never go back there
I pulled in to inquire about a smog check. When I looked around and waited a man came from the garage and just stood there most shops will come out and say something right away he just stood there so I had to go to him and his demeanor was very like he was uninterested in my inquiry. So I left
