This review is related to customer service. I reached out to Daly for an area rug cleaning, when I spoke with Peter he gave me his honest opinion and tips on how to clean my area rug on my own due to cost of rug vs professional cleaning. He is very personable and most importantly not money hungry ! He quoted me the price which was very reasonable but also gave me the option of cleaning it myself due to the circumstances . Thank you Peter ! A business I would consider without a doubt in mind!

Hello I am a first time user of Daly carpet cleaning Inc. during my first conversation with him on the phone, he could tell I was clearly upset. He told me not to worry and that he would be there immediately . He is truly a man of his word he came right over and got right to business!! he paid special and close attention too many problems that my cat caused! unfortunately, my cat wasn’t feeling too well and the carpet paid the price!!!
