I am only giving one star because I have to in order to post this review; otherwise, they don't even deserve that. My visit to Orrila Honda was extremely disappointing. Instead of resolving my issue, I was subjected to physical contact and forcibly removed from the premises. Stay far away from this dealership!!!"
Today I visited [Orilla] Honda and was shocked by how badly I was treated. One of the employees, a person with glasses, behaved in a rude and aggressive manner and told me to leave. I was completely disrespected, and I have video evidence of the way I was removed. Rather than resolving the issue in a professional way, they called the police. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and does not represent the level of professionalism people expect from Honda. I strongly do not recommend this business.

I had a terrible experience at [Orilla] Honda today. A staff member wearing glasses spoke to me harshly and acted aggressively rather than trying to help. I was treated with no respect and forced to leave, and I have video evidence of what happened. To make things worse, instead of handling the issue properly, they called the police.
