The service department (Cindy, Mary) and the technicians are friendly, reliable and take the time to document and explain the issues to ensure you are clear on what repairs need to be completed. Appointment times have always been honoured over the last nine years I've been there, and cant recommend Dalt's Honda enough!
I am only giving one star because I have to in order to post this review; otherwise, they don't even deserve that. My visit to Orrila Honda was extremely disappointing. Instead of resolving my issue, I was subjected to physical contact and forcibly removed from the premises. Stay far away from this dealership!!!"
Today I visited [Orilla] Honda and was shocked by how badly I was treated. One of the employees, a person with glasses, behaved in a rude and aggressive manner and told me to leave. I was completely disrespected, and I have video evidence of the way I was removed. Rather than resolving the issue in a professional way, they called the police. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and does not represent the level of professionalism people expect from Honda. I strongly do not recommend this business.

I had a terrible experience at [Orilla] Honda today. A staff member wearing glasses spoke to me harshly and acted aggressively rather than trying to help. I was treated with no respect and forced to leave, and I have video evidence of what happened. To make things worse, instead of handling the issue properly, they called the police. This was highly unprofessional and not worthy of Honda’s reputation. I cannot recommend this place.
