I had a flat tire and went to this Honda service center. The employees were very friendly and helpful, and they changed my flat tire quickly at no cost. However, they told me the tire was not repairable and that I needed to buy a new one for around $400. I decided to take my car to a local shop instead, and they repaired the same tire for $45. I’m disappointed that I was told my tire was not repairable when it clearly was.
Bill Langdon is an absolute gem to deal with. Purchased 3 vehicles from them. They are professional, friendly, and no matter what you call for, they are excellent and prompt to deal with. I highly recommend.
I took my Honda truck there it had some issues with wiring. They charge close to 200 dollar for service charge and found nothing. They just scan the car deleted to codes and codes came back. They told me that i needed book appointment again for 2-3 hours more for diagnose that truck to trying to figure out the issue and thats maybe if they found the issue.
