At the end of the day, the whole car buying process is kind of deceptive. One person tells you a discount doesn't exist, another person will say that discount does exist and offer $1000 off. It's all made up and you should know that to be the case going into buying from this dealership.

We recently brought my Honda Civic hatchback in to see if the air conditioning repair would be covered under my extended warranty, and to my great relief, it was fully covered.
