Dalton has been my plumber of choice for 5 years now. He did most all of the work on our remodel and I’ve used him ever since. Hes very knowledgeable and shoots you straight. He will give you options and honest recommendations based on his many years of experience. Hes also very responsive— when our water heater went out he answered my call at 7am on Saturday morning and he had us up and running with a new tankless heater in 24 hours. Done and done. We called when they opened because there seemed to be a clog in the mainline and not the toilet. Was told they would be out in the afternoon. Never showed up and never answered or returned our call to ask if they were still coming. We turned down two other plumbers thinking this guy was coming. It’s a Friday and now we either head to a hotel or pay double with another plumber for weekend rates. Terrible.
Reliable and reasonable! Can’t ask for more!! They provide quick answers for any plumbing problem!
