You have to be joking.... like really! I came in here last month and the lady was nice. It was my mother and myself and we inquired about a family plan that would include my brother besides us two. she checked BOTH my mothers and my ID so she knew our ages but said nothing of it at the time. Fast forward now we go to renew for the second month over the phone and the lady now tells us that the children in the household have to be under the age of 18 for the family plan. this was never told to us and they knew our ages AS WE W... read more
