We hired Dalton’s Carpet Outlet for carpet installation and had a very disappointing experience from start to finish. Communication was poor throughout the project. Scheduling was disorganized, with multiple changes and reschedules that caused unnecessary disruption to our home and family routine. After the installers completed the initial install, I noticed that the edges of some rooms and stairs were not fully connected to the pins and they were pulling up easily from the floor. I asked for Johnnie to inspect this without providing too much detail to see if she'd catch it and she didn't. So I had to call on a Saturday to have them come fix those issues before issuing a final payment. Johnnie showed up with Cy - who was communicated to me as the lead installer. Dalton replaced the carpet in my master bedroom. The customer service was great from start to finish. Everybody was so patient and nice from the warehouse, the retail store, to the guys who installed our carpet. I especially enjoyed meeting Johnnie. She came to our home to measure and sat watched TV with me while we discussed various carpet options. The new carpet is plush and very high quality. Their pricing beat all the competitors!! We will definitely contact Dalton again for our future flooring needs!!
I would definitely choose Dalton carpet doing my LVP on Charlotte pk. The wife Johnnie was one of the most patient and helpful person I've ever met. I kept going back and forth between carpet and planks. They were very helpful. Great honest and good people. I'm very Satisfied with my floors. Thanks, Micki
