My wife and I recently had the pleasure of working with Dalton's for an estimate on possible replacement of our units inside and out. The office staff was so kind and helpful to my stressed out wife and the technician was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable when I met with him. Have had both great and poor technicians. The dissatisfaction comes from filling my system 5lbs of 410-A without consulting the customer first. This is predatory as they charge $95 lb. Quotes from 3 other local businesses the most is $65. Do your own research.
Replaced my outside unit in a couple of hours. Same morning that I called. Highly recommend
