My dog has had an MCL and meniscus tear for about 5 months. I was told that medication would fix it. After repeated calls after her initial consultation, I have been refused to see the doctor and she was basically throwing pills down my dog’s throat as opposed to fixing the actual problem. The receptionist is condescending and won’t even relate my dog’s problems to the vet. I have since seen Dr. Ruane (Throop) and he referred me to Dr. Hassinger (Plains). I had an appointment a week ago to have my dog nurtured at 8:30 am on the 26 the called on the 25 to tell me bring him at 10am I must be at work l at 9 there is nobody to bring him for 10 the receptionist said well we will need to give him extra sedation I said do I need to pay for extra sedation Lisa said yes my argument was I was told 8:30 am the day before they call to change this I cancelled my appointment the receptionist called me and left a message with other vets names who do surgery on Saturday nothing like telling ... read more
Very compassionate and professional care for your pets.
I am so appreciative of Dr Freda and the entire staff. They all always show such love and concern for the health and well-being of each animal as an individual and have enormously contributed to helping assure my four cats have an emotionally peaceful coexistence. I have complete confidence in them all and am so grateful knowing they are always there if we need them. 😻
