colby showed up exactly when expected and was very professional and polite. i had a few special carpet cleaning requests, and he explained clearly what could be done and what results to expect. the pricing was fair. right from the start, he explained the cleaning process and gave tips for taking care of the carpet afterwards. i chose this company over bigger names because i feel they really care about doing a great job. i’m really happy with how clean my carpets look and will definitely use them again.

We reached out to Dalton & Sons Carpet Cleaners to get a quote for cleaning our living room carpet after our new puppy had a few accidents. Colby was amazing. He explained the starting prices on the phone and told us how the cost might change depending on what our carpet needed. When Colby arrived, he used a black light to find all the pet stains, treated the problem areas, sanitized everything, and gave the whole carpet a deep clean.
