I contacted the service because no matter how often I cleaned, the house always smelled slightly musty. When the cleaning crew examined the ductwork, they found a moisture problem inside one of the long duct sections. He properly cleaned the blower and removed bags of dust from the vents. In addition, he cleaned dryer vents and coils. The house smells nicer, and my clothes are drying more quickly.
