Whoever posted the other reviews had to be paid off. This place is ridiculous. Dennis is RUDE and not helpful at all. The apartments are not clean when you move in. They charge you a ridiculous amount to move out even if your apartment is clean they will say its not. Terrible place to live. My car got broken into and the neighbors got into many disputes and had the cops like crime scenes.

I really love it here! This place is very comfortable and welcoming. Neighbors are very friendly and are generous. Everyone here watches out for one another and the environment is great. This would be a good choice if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing place to live. Never had any problems and the staff have been wonderful to me; very pet friendly.

I have been a loyal resident at Dalton Ridge Apartments since March 2003. During my stay at Dalton Ridge Apartments, I have never had any problems with any of the staff, any of the other residents, or with any of the visitors of other residents. Dalton Ridge Apartments are extremely family oriented but they also cater to the single person as well.
