I had a bad experience working with Pam when I rented her home from 6-2019 to 8-2019 in Superior. So many issues, I don't know where to start. Do not use her!! She only cares about how much money she can make. Be sure and look at her office first and see if you want to do business with someone who has the personal information of tenants/clients scattered all over the place.
