Staff was very nice & professional. Dr. Antalas was very thorough with my examination. He took time to evaluate every aspect and to refer me for the proper care. I appreciate the care and concern that I received at this difficult time. I would recommend this doctor’s office to anyone.
I LOVED MY DR. BUT HIS STAFF WAS INCOMPETENT! I HOPE ANTALIS READS THIS! I ASKED TO SEND A FAX TO GET A ELECTRIC SCOOTER. STAFF SAID IT COLD TAKE 2 DAYS. I ASKED TO GET CHECKED FOR A UTI, IT DISAPPEARED. I ASKED TO SEND A REFERRAL TO SPECIALIST FOR AN EPIDURAL ON JAN. 8TH WAS TOLD IT WAS CANCELED FOR JAN. 26 BECAUSE STAFF SAID THE DR. HAD BEEN BUSY WHEN I WEN BACK TO ASK.ON JAN 22. GOT TOO MUCH RUN AROUND.AND GOT A PHONE CALL YESTERDAY FROM DR. LOWRYS OFFICE THAT YOUR STAFF NEVER SENT THE REFERRAL. FOR MY EPIDURAL
