Do not move here unless you like having your stuff stolen when you aren't home, which means you are being watched as well because the maintenance men know when you come and go so they can go into your place and steal. They have been caught doing it. They are all family and drug users. They illegally went into my son's apartment and stole my grandbabies DVD players out of my son's van. The management is very helpful.. When in have problems . quick to get stuff fixed...but probably the best part ,it's quiet none of the noise of the city... And for the most part the other tenants are good people
Welcome to dalton place. Where we pay our tenants to record everything you do so they can share it with us and we evict you. That's right we care so much about you! We also allow you to have 30 people live with you that's not on your lease!
