We had a horrible experience. The lady came talked about how long she had been doing appraisals and acted like our property was worth nothing. I was in the middle of working on my barn/shop putting a new loft in and i had straps on the inside in order to aid the install of the new loft. She laughed said the barn was so old and didn't act like it was worth anything. She actually stated in the appraisal that the barn would fall down if it wasn't strapped.
