I had a great experience at Dalton Flooring! I purchased about 2,400 sqft of flooring and explored other local stores before making my decision. Omar’s product knowledge and customer service stood out above the rest. I’ll definitely be back when I start my bathroom and bonus room projects!
I used this company to replace carpet and padding in my home. Tommy made the selection process, purchase and, scheduling a breeze! My installers Nafri and Yaser were professional and efficient. They were on time for the appointment and completed the work in a few hours. I received a follow-up call from Omar who was making sure that I was satisfied with the work. The service provided was amazing from beginning to end. I would refer them to anyone who is looking for quality flooring and great customer service.
Beware of this company. I hired Dalton flooring to order and install LVP. Project manager Tommy lied about their capabilities to get my business. I was not informed they were not able to complete the job as agreed upon until after they removed my old flooring, leaving me no choice but to continue with the job.
