If you are looking for flooring this place has a great showroom with lots of options to choose from. The staff is friendly patient and very helpful. Omar went above and beyond to earn my business. I had carpet installed and it feels and looks wonderful! The installers were professional and worked so hard. When the job was finished they made sure everything was cleaned and checked to see if I needed help with anything before they left. Omar pulled together a custom bound carpet and pad we needed before movers arrived. Our timeline was tight (10days) but he delivered and went out of his way to do so. We are very grateful for a job well done!
Beware of this company. I hired Dalton flooring to order and install LVP. Project manager Tommy lied about their capabilities to get my business. I was not informed they were not able to complete the job as agreed upon until after they removed my old flooring, leaving me no choice but to continue with the job. Project manager Tommy made promises he was unable to deliver then blamed it on lack of employee training. During installation, there were debris that got caught under the panels leaving lumps.
