Dalton Flooring Center manages their customers by saying - yes. On a very tight deadline we needed carpet to obtain our certificate of occupancy for the house. Our installer recommended Dalton. We visited their showroom and received excellent service. Within 24 hours the carpet was installed. They are a local company that is accommodating, prompt, professional and friendly! We spoke on the phone to Ron before coming into the store last week and came in on Sunday as planned to look at flooring and carpet. Unfortunately after 40 mins there, we were ignored by John who was the only one working sales the store. Despite it being just us after another couple left, he decided to greet new custmers and help them instead of us. John chased us out of the building into the parking lot and said he thought we already had our measurements done, which would be irrelevant as we didn't receive any help. Ron cal... read more

I had some basement flooring damaged by some basement waterproofing contractors, and shopped around town for someone to replace the damaged flooring. We ultimately went with Dalton flooring because of the customer service and stellar reviews from other customers. My wife and I are pleased with our decision. I am so grateful to Dalton Flooring for their help in making our classroom feel like home again! Our two classroom rugs were ruined by flooding and I was struggling to find suitable replacements. Ron and Sam went above and beyond to ensure we had the rugs I needed and they were ready before the promised date (which was already an expedited date). We recently had an experience with dalton flooring in Southgate!! Mrs cherny had a huge disaster in her basement and we chose them for the job!! We felt it was a blessing that the 2 young workers bailed out of the job because it was too much work!! So Tom Wood and another gentleman came to the rescue!! They were prompt. Worked all day for 2 days and did a spectacular job!!! We can’t say enough good things about them!! They put in 150 percent even in the heat of no air conditioning!!
